Buffalino is proud of its own cheese factory, which is located in our restaurant!
We are preparing the best Italian cheese on a traditional recipe: Soft – mozzarella, strachella, ricotta, burrata, and aged – Castota, guda, cheddar and camembert, and many others.
Buffalino boasts a cheese room for the preparation of aged cheeses, where everyone can buy a piece for themselves or for their beloved ones.
